Yoga teacher and practitioner currently based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Chloë has been practicing and sharing yoga for 4 years, drawn to the lifestyle in search of healing and strength. What started as a mindful home practice quickly turned into a spiritual journey and it continues to this day.
Her first yoga teacher training completed in July 2015 through Dancing Dogs Yoga in Savannah, Georgia. This yoga school is owned and operated by one of Baron Baptiste's senior teachers, Shelley Lowther. It was here that Chloë learned how to teach a fiery vinyasa sequence based on Baron Baptiste's Journey Into Power program which was the launching point for her own practice and teachings.
In September 2017, Chloë ventured to Costa Rica to dive into a 300 hour yoga teacher training with Bodhi Yoga Academy, owned by Sam Vetrano and Tess McDaniel. Accompanied by Irene Pappas, this program focused heavily on the Ashtanga 8-limbed path of Yoga, which is the direction Chloë is most inspired by. Her teachers have planted the seeds, she only hopes to pass them along to you.
Chloë has been teaching public and private yoga classes full time for nearly 2 years. She spent a large portion of 2016 traveling, teaching and living in Sydney, Australia. She shares her practice open and freely; Yoga is a lifestyle shared and passed on by a teacher and received by the student. Chloë believes there is a student and teacher present in every single one of us and aims to serve as a vessel of knowledge to be received from her teachers and then passed on to open and receptive students, anywhere and everywhere. There is no quick fix, but a clear and decisive choice and with that choice, transformation can happen.
